Refund Policy

This document is published in English. The English version is the authoritative legal text; if you need a translation in another language, contact us at legal@voxinow.com and we will make a reasonable effort to provide one. In case of conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version prevails.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Request a refund directly through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, at paddle.net, or use the View receipt link in the email Paddle sent you at the time of purchase. This is the fastest route. (Past invoices and receipts are also available at any time on paddle.net.)
- If you cannot locate your receipt or paddle.net account, email us at support@voxinow.com from the address on your VoxiNow account and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Paddle issues approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. The funds may take an additional few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Business buyers and tax refunds
If you are a VAT-registered business and were charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or an equivalent), you may be entitled to a tax refund. Tax-refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle within 60 days of the transaction with your valid tax ID or exemption certificate.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us or Paddle first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process and avoid disruption to your account.
Statutory consumer rights
The sale of your VIP subscription is a contract between you and Paddle as Merchant of Record. Statutory consumer-protection rights that arise from that sale — including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and similar regimes, and the conditions under which that right is forfeited — are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, which you accept at Paddle's checkout.
The 14-day refund commitment described at the top of this page is a voluntary VoxiNow goodwill policy that sits on top of your statutory rights — it does not replace, narrow, or affect them.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for VoxiNow subscriptions are processed by Paddle as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record and handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf.
The specific Paddle entity you contract with at checkout is determined by the location from which you purchase:
- United States: Paddle.com Inc., 3811 Ditmars Blvd. #1071, Astoria, NY 11105-1803, USA.
- Canada: Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd, 22 Adelaide Street West, Suite 3400, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 4E3, Canada.
- Rest of world (including the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland): Paddle.com Market Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 08172165), with registered office at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom.
The applicable entity is identified on your checkout receipt and on the corresponding invoice in paddle.net.
