How to request a refund

• Contact our payment provider Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payments for VoxiNow subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all VoxiNow purchases. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refunds on our behalf.
