Delete your account
Submit the form below to delete your VoxiNow account. We'll send a confirmation link to your email — clicking it permanently closes your account. You don't need to install the app to complete this request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, and account settings — no longer visible to other users
- Your in-app messages and conversations
- Your audio recordings and flashcards
- Your push-notification tokens
What is retained
- Feedback you have given on other users' recordings, so the integrity of those exchanges is preserved (described in our Privacy Policy)
- Block / report data, retained for moderation purposes
- Anonymized call session metadata (no longer linked to your identity)
Timeline
Account closure is processed within 30 days of a verified request. Once closed, the data listed under "What gets deleted" is removed from production systems immediately; encrypted backups expire on the standard rotation (up to 90 days). Items listed under "What is retained" are kept either in anonymized form or for the limited legal/moderation purposes described above.
Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically when your account is closed.
